The Fallon MATHCOUNTS program was started ten years ago. It is a Fallon PFC sponsored enrichment program. MATHCOUNTS is a nationwide middle school mathematics competition, one of the most prestigious in the country. Fallon MATHCOUNTS Club hosts weekly training sessions during the MATHCOUNTS season. The goal is to encourage students to excel in math, spark interest in STEM, motivate students to learn proactively, and foster collaboration and teamwork. The last three years our team members have performed well in the Chapter competition.

In the past four years, seven team members qualified for AIME(AIME (American Invitational Mathematics Examination). We have over 20 team members who have received Distinguished Honor Roll and Honor Roll in AMC8 and several team members received high scores in AMC10.  In the past two years, Fallon MATHCOUNTS received recognition of Silver Level status in the National MATH club.
